Real Estate Acquisitions


Curo Banc actively seeks real estate investment opportunities throughout the United States. We target unique, niche situations involving both redevelopment and new construction, and focus on deals in evolving urban submarkets that we are able to underwrite and commit to quickly.

We have acted as the principal for a diverse set of real estate assets and also have been an active facilitator of both debt and equity capital to sponsors on real estate development projects. As principals, we have done major rehabilitations of existing assets in a variety of property types, as well as having completed ground-up projects. We provide short and medium-term mezzanine debt and preferred equity financing both for the recapitalization of real estate operating companies, as well as to finance individual real estate projects.

We bring not only capital into a deal, but also the experience of our principals and staff. We seek opportunities where we can take an active role in creating value commensurate with the risk of the transaction. Due to our special situations experience, we also have a track record of successfully repositioning real estate assets through the use of creative capital structures.
